Room and Meeting Space Arrangements: 

All room arrangements are to be reserved on TAO.

Ordering Procedures: 

We request that catering requests be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.  Catering orders placed 48 hours in advance will allow us to plan for and provide the best quality of service.  As always, we will work with you to find solutions to your last minute needs.

Guarantee Policy: 

To professionally prepare for each event, we request that you guarantee the number of guests attending your event at least 24 hours in advance.  Any changes must be made 24 hours prior to the event.  If no changes are confirmed, service will be provided and billed for the original number of guests.

Cancellations: 

We know that at times you may need to cancel an event with short notice.  Due to our advanced preparation, complete cancellations within 48 hours will not incur any charges.  Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total, and less that 24 hours will incur the full cost.  Beverage orders may be cancelled at any time provided the order has not left the kitchen.

 

Service Charges:  All orders will have a $15.00 delivery fee.  Any caterings after 3pm will include a $25.00 Delivery Fee and may include a Labor Fee depending on the amount of attendees. 

Off-Site Services:  All off-site events will have a $30.00 delivery fee.  $20.00 per hour per staff memeber will be charged for after hour services.

Our Food Service Director will follow-up with you upon recipt of your catering request to verify receipt of the request, reveiw menu and dates of service, and review for any missing information.

Special Menu Ideas

Served luncheons or dinners require one wait staff person for every 20 guests. We will be pleased to assist in planning special meals or functions. *Prices range from $13.95 & up per person.
